The monitor, the dashboard, and the app.

We build the hardware that plugs into your battery, and the platform it reports to. One device, one account — from the RS485 port on your BMS to a push notification on your phone.

The hardware

ioVertex BMS Monitor

A small device that plugs into your battery and puts it on your phone. Fits in your palm, sets up in a couple of minutes.

What it does

Plugs in
Straight into your battery's spare data port. No soldering, no PC, nothing to open up.
Sets up
Connect your phone to the device's own WiFi, pick your network, done. No app needed to get it online.
Reads
Every cell voltage, temperature, charge level and fault your BMS reports — continuously.
Sends
Straight to your dashboard and phone, encrypted end to end.
Stays current
Updates itself over WiFi. You never have to plug it into anything again.

Live today

Battery & BMS Monitoring

Cell-level visibility into every pack you manage, published continuously, never gated.

Cell-level telemetry

Individual cell voltage, wire resistance, and temperature for every cell in the pack — not just pack-level averages.

Instant alerting

Threshold breaches push to the ioVertex Android app and the dashboard the moment they happen — no polling, no delay.

Historical analytics

Gap-aware history that correctly distinguishes a real offline period from a data gap, with CSV export for your own analysis.

Fleet management

Bulk device operations, tier reassignment, and CSV import for teams managing more than one device.

Device health

Online/offline status derived from live data, not a stale flag — you always know what's actually reporting right now.

Mobile app

The ioVertex Android app puts live status and push alerts in your pocket. iOS support is on our roadmap.

Under the hood

Platform capabilities

The infrastructure behind BMS monitoring isn't specific to batteries — it's built to carry the next kind of system we monitor too.

Secure device ingest

TLS-encrypted MQTT with per-device authentication and access control.

Multi-tenant access

Role-based access so operators, admins, and end customers each see exactly what they should.

Audit logging

Every device registration, role change, and configuration edit is recorded — who did what, and when.

What's next

Built to extend, deliberately not overpromising

We're not going to list monitoring categories we haven't shipped yet. What we can say: the platform underneath BMS monitoring was built generally on purpose, and we intend to point it at more than batteries over time.
