About

We built the platform we wished existed.

ioVertex started with a simple frustration: battery systems fail quietly, and by the time you notice, it's too late to act early. We built a platform that watches continuously, tells the truth about what it sees, and never makes you pay extra to find out something's wrong.

What we've built

We started with battery management systems — real-time cell voltages, temperatures, alarms, and history, streamed off physical hardware over a secure connection and put in front of the people responsible for that system, on the web and on their phone.

Underneath, we didn't build a BMS-specific tool. We built general-purpose device ingest, alerting, and fleet-management infrastructure, and pointed it at batteries first because that's where we saw the clearest need.

How we operate

Security by default

TLS everywhere, per-device authentication, and role-based access — not bolted on, built in from the first line of code.

Honest about limits

We don't publish an uptime SLA we can't stand behind, and we don't gate safety data to make a pricing tier look better than it is.

Built to extend

The platform underneath our first product was built generally on purpose — batteries are where we started, not where we stop.
